BE A LEADERS, NOT A BOSS

Many can be a boss...but not many boss can be a good leader....

BOSS usually use POWERS! alone...

but

LEADER are a person who LEAD others. POWERS alone are not enough to lead other, and they know that... They use their INFLUENCE, to motivate or DRIVE other to achieve GOALS....
